2024 “Winter Whimsy” Forever Stamps 100pcs

On October 10, 2024, the USPS released the Winter Whimsy Forever stamps in Park City, Utah, concluding the 2024 U.S. stamp program. These stamps celebrate the beauty and symmetry of snowflakes, evoking the popular seasonal craft of cutting folded paper to create delicate, symmetrical designs.

Each of the four stamps features a unique white snowflake design set against a solid color background: navy blue, teal, tan, or dark blue-green. The designs are surrounded by small white dots, adding to the festive winter theme.

The stamps were designed and illustrated by Bailey Sullivan, with art direction by Greg Breeding. Sullivan drew inspiration from traditional paper snowflakes and European folk art, reinterpreting nature through simple shapes, bright colors, and symmetry.
